Home Remedies for Aches and Pains

1. Newspaper - If you have injured your neck and are unable to move it roll a newspaper and tape it around your neck. This will keep it from moving, working like a brace.

2. Aspirin - Crush 24 aspirin into a fine powder and mix with 16 ounces of menthol alcohol. Use a cloth to rub it onto your body where you have the aches and pains. You could also use this remedy has a foot bath for aches and pains in the feet.

3. White Rice - For this remedy we are making a heat pack from materials you should already have at home. Fill a sock with white rice. Make sure it's not the quick cooking rice. Tie the end of the sock with a thick elastic band. Make sure it is tight so no rice can escape. Place this in the microwave and heat till it's hot enough not to burn you and use this on your aches and pains.

4. Vitamin E Caplets - Take a few vitamin E caplets and cut off the end so you can squeeze all the liquid out. Mix the liquid with some cayenne pepper and use this to rub into the aches and pains. This is one of the best remedies I have came across for my aches in my feet. Hope it's helpful for you to.

5. Remedy By - Martha - To make your own heat pack get an old sock and fill it with rice. Tie the end off with a rubber band. Place it in the microwave for a few seconds and use it like a heat pack. Very inexpensive!

6. Remedy By - Marie - Cut the end of a few vitamin E oil caps and mix in a few pinches of Cayenne pepper. Use this to rub on your sore joints and muscles. Leave it on, don't wash it off. It will absorb into the body and relieve aches and pain.
