1. Garlic
- Garlic is good for the treatment of Acid Reflux. The garlic needs
to be fresh and it needs to be either chewed or crushed. One or
two cloves of garlic a day should be plenty in helping relieve the
symptoms of acid reflux.

- Cold milk is a well known remedy for treating acid reflux. It
is an easy and healthy remedy to try and has excellent results.
Simply have a few sips of cold milk or even buttermilk when you

3. Almonds
- Eating around 6 raw almonds will help with acid reflux. They must

10 minutes or so.

Juice - Aloe Vera juice is readily available from most health
food stores and supermarkets. When you feel the symptoms of acid
reflux, drink a few ounces of aloe vera juice. This remedy works
fast in relieving the symptoms. Aloe vera is good for you in so
many other ways, so this one is worth a try.
5. Apples
- Apples are a good acid neutralizer so eating apples when you get
acid reflux will help with the symptoms. Raw carrots and potatoes
are also good acid neutralizer's, so eating any of these will help.

mung beans, fenugreek seeds, broccoli seeds. To sprout them yourself
soak them in slightly warm water. After 10 hours drain the water,
rinse and add more water. Leave 4 to 5 hours then rinse again. They
