Treat athlete's foot using vicks vaporub - Rub some vicks vaporub into the dry skin. This is best done at night time before going to bed. Put some clean socks on and sleep in them. This home remedy is also good for nails and hands.


Treat athlete's foot using garlic - Either crush or blend a couple cloves of garlic. Then rub it into the skin where you have athlete's foot. It will take 2 to 3 days to heal all of the dry dead skin but works great.
