Remedy
- Eliminate dairy and chocolate (unnatural sweets should be eliminated entirely) from the diet.

- Use the Natural Hygiene Regimen for nutrition, that is, raw vegan or at least mostly raw, until condition is clear.

- at least three times a day, drink a tea from covered brewing of 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. elderflower (not elderberry), 1/4 tsp. crushed thyme leaves, and 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon for 15 minutes in 1 cup of boiled water. Sweeten with 1 spoonful of honey if desired. Lemon is optional, but also good for providing additional flavanoids and vitamin c.

- Drink plenty of clear fluids, esp. water.

- Get sufficient rest/sleep.

- Have someone "palpate" (gently but firmly tap with two fingertips or side of palm) the thorax, front and back, to loosen phlegm in lungs.

- As soon as feeling well enough for it, some form of aerobic exercise, either walking (strolling or briskly, depending on strength level), or aerobic video, etc. This will get the lungs "moving" and help to loosen the phlegm.
