peroxide onto your cold sores at least 4 times a day. This
works incredibly well. |

sores by using carmex - Carmex is a lip balm bought
from any food or health food store. As soon as you start
to feel the tingle of a cold sore start using carmex on
and around your lips.

remedy you need to use the toothpaste, whitening jel that
has bleach in it. Most whitening toothpaste has it in. Rub
the jel into your cold sores 3 times a day unitl they have

need to get an ice cube and rub it over the cold sores until
it's all melted away. After that take a cotton tip and soak
the end in nail polish remover and dab this onto the sores.

tea bag in water and then place it on the sores. Keep it there
for as long as you are able. The longer the better. Do this
