Heat Pack Treat a flu with a heat pack - Use a heat pack on your feet whenever they get cold. If you keep your feet warm the flu will be gone in less time.

Treat a flu with coffee or tea - This is a good remedy and must be done in sequence. First make a cup of black coffee or tea, no sugar. Then make a hot lemon drink. First swallow a spoonful of vinegar, straight after drink the lemon drink and then drink the coffee or tea. This remedy is best done before bedtime.

Treat a flu with lemons - Boil a liter of water, two lemons cut in half and then half again and 2 sticks of cinnamon. Drink this like a tea. You may wish to add honey if you wish. This remedy is best taken at night.





Treat a flu with garlic - If you have a flu cut a close of garlic into the thinnest slice you can possibly cut. Lay the slice of garlic on your tongue and leave it there for at least 5 minutes then swallow. Do not chew the garlic.

Treat a flu with honey - Heat together freshly squeezed lemon juice from two lemons and two tablespoons of honey. Take just one spoonful at night and in the mornings.

Treat a flu with Eucalyptus - When I was younger and had a chesty cold or flu my mother used to give me a teaspoon of sugar with a few drops of Eucalyptus. It cleared the congestion really well and my nose was so clear I could breath again.
