Bowel Syndrome by using ginger - I have suffered from
IBS for many years now and find that chewing on crystalized

Brew
loose (decaf) peppermint or chamomile tea & drink warm - found them
to be lifesavers when I have cramped bowels or constipation. Also
decaf chai tea (key ingredients are ginger & fennel) aids greatly
with digestion.

If
you have IBS or colitis just use some blackberry juice. You may
choose to sweeten it a bit as it is bitter tasting. This also works
if you have diarreah with stomach cramps. You only need the natural
juice of the blackberry and you should drink it on an empty stomach.
It has properties that stop the cramping and the diarreah.

Remedy
My theory
is that IBS is due to an unknown intestinal bacterium or bacteria.
Try this, it seems
to be working on me:
Roast garlic bulbs
in a toaster oven for only 5 minutes. This will rid the garlic of
its sharp stinging taste and also release certain healing properties
inside.
Note: I use
a National Panasonic roaster oven which has a thermostat to control
the temperature. Other types of oven may well do the same trick.
Overheating garlic
beyond that will destroy its antibiotic properties. I have tried
raw garlic for years but never experienced the same tremendous power
of such light roasted garlic. Take
10 or more cloves every 3 to 4 hours. After that you may experience
reactions like lots of flatulence. Try for a few days and see the
results.Garlic
has very low toxicity and any reactions like temporary diarrhea
and breaking of winds should not concern the sufferer too much if
he/she is anxious enough to try anything to rid of this what the
doctor calls "no-cure, not-a-disease" but actually a terrible, terrible
bane on sufferers.
