Juicing Tips
• Wash all the fruit and vegetables before using them.
• Cut, Peel, Core ect to any fruit or vegetable that needs it.
• The white pithy bits of citrus fruit is full of vitamin C and bioflvonoids. So add these to your juices.
• All these juices require ingredients to be blended together unless stated.
• Drink the juices right away for maximum benefit and flavor.
• All these recipes can be garnished with lemon juice, parsley, coriander, cinnamon, etc.


Fresh Fruit Smoothies

1. Pina Colada Smoothie - pineapple, banana, reduced-fat coconut milk and frozen yogurt.

2. Breathe Classic - strawberries, banana and orange juice.

3. Caribbean Cooler - strawberries, banana, pineapple and soy milk.

4. Berry Burst - raspberries, strawberries, banana and strawberry yogurt.

5. Tropical Smoothie - melon, kiwi fruit, pineapple, mango, ginger and Lemon Yogurt.
