Anti Wrinkle Treatment

Banana is very good for a natural anti wrinkle treatment. Mash or blend a banana until it is very smooth then apply all over the face. Leave it for 15 minutes then rinse off with warm water.

Apple and Honey Face Mask

This recipe is very good for people with oily skin or those prone to acne. Finely grate or blend a medium apple. Add 5 tablespoons of honey and smooth onto the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes then wash off with cool water.

Avocado and Banana Scrub

Take an avocado seed and and place it somewhere to let it dry out for at least 5 days. When the seed is dry, grind the seed into small pieces. You could place the seed into a bag and hammer it. This will also work fine. The pieces need to be very fine. Mix the pieces with half a banana and a small amount of olive oil until it is a thick paste. Use this as a scrub. The fine pieces of avocado seed will remove dead old skin cells leaving your skin soft.

Carrot Face Mask

Cook and mash 3 large carrots and mix in 4 and a half tablespoons of honey. Smooth onto the face/skin and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cool water.

Exfoliate for Sensitive Skin

This recipe is for a gentle exfoliate for sensitive skin. Mix together half a cup of cornmeal, 1 quarter cup of milk, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, a tablespoon of olive oil and 5 drops of tea tree oil. Mix this all together and use on your skin at least once a week.

Firmer Breasts and Skin Lotion

To make the breast or/and skin firmer mix together a teaspoon of vitamin E oil, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and an egg. Massage this lotion into the breasts and on the skin for 15 minutes.

Glowing Radiant Skin Treatment

This recipe is to give you that glowing radiant skin we all want. Mash a tablespoon of papaya with a tablespoon of honey and smooth it onto the skin. Leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.

Natural Exfoliate Cream

For a natural skin exfoliate for all skin types mix together 2 cups of Epsom salts, 1 quarter cup of petroleum jelly and a couple of drops of lavender oil or any essential oil you wish. The oil is to give the cream fragrance Apply this cream to your skin and scrub away the old skin cells. This will keep your skin looking soft and healthy. Can be used daily.

Tropical Face Mask

Mix together a ripe banana, a teaspoon of olive oil and a couple of drops of orange or lemon essential oil. Apply this mixture to the face and leave on for at least 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
