Stomach Ache Home Remedies

Cinnamon powder Treat stomach aches with ground cinnamon - Boil 2 heaped teaspoons of ground cinnamon in about 8 cups of water. Drink this like a tea. You can also get cinnamon capsules at some health food stores if this sounds easier for you. They are just as affective as the cinnamon tea.

Treat stomach aches with burnt toast - If you are suffering from stomach aches all you need to do is over cook two pieces of bread until they are really dark/burnt. You can eat them plain but you can put honey on them if you wish. This remedy stop the stomach aches.

Burnt Toast

Charcoal

Treat stomach aches with charcoal - Charcoal is a very very good remedy for many illnesses. You can purchase charcoal capsules or if you could crush the coal from a fire into little pieces and add it to water and drink. Either way works fine. I always have charcoal capsules in my cupboard for when my kids are sick.

Treat a stomach ache with plain milk - Drink half a glass of plain milk. Do not mix anything to it, it must be plain. This is also good if you are suffering nausea.

Milk

Lemon

Treat stomach aches with lemons - If you have an upset stomach then this remedy will definitely work. Cut two lemons in half and squeeze them into a glass. Add a little sugar just to taste and then add half a teaspoon of baking soda. You need to get it down while it is foaming.
