Treat stretch marks using vitamin E caplets.

Treat stretch marks using vitamin E oil (caplets) - straight after each shower cut open a vitamin E oil caplet and apply the oil straight onto the stretch marks. Just leave the oil there. Re-apply after each shower or at least twice daily. This remedy works for all marks and blemishes. I swear by this remedy.


Treat stretch marks using cocoa butter - This remedy is to prevent stretch marks from appearing in the first place. Before you go through puberty or if you have just found out that you are pregnant use cocoa butter all over your body. With using this I have not 1 stretch mark on my body.

Treat stretch marks using ground coffee beans - ground some of the coffee beans to a powder and add it to a plain hand cream or moisturizer cream. Rub this cream into your stretch marks for about a minute then wipe it off with a warm wet towel. Do this twice a day. You will notice improvements at about 2 weeks after starting this remedy.



Treat stretch marks using olive oil - Apply a good amount of olive oil on your stretch marks and cover them with plastic wrap. Get a hot water bottle and place on the plastic wrap for about half an hour. Do this each day, twice if you have the time. After using this remedy for a week none of my stretch marks are noticable.
