Vinegar - For those of you who have irregular meals this
remedy will benefit you more. Get half a glass of apple cider
vinegar, it should be the light vinegar not the dark. Melt 2
tablespoons of honey in a quart of warm water and add it to
the vinegar and stir. Take sips of this during the day making
sure it's all taken by the time you go to bed. You should see
the pounds fall off.

of ginger about the size of your fingernail. First thing in

The very first
thing I did when I decided I did not want to be the fat woman anymore,
was to stop beating myself up. If you tell yourself you are a failure
and a disappointment your brain works on that message and voila!
You become a failure and a disappointment.. Keep up the good work,

Only eat fruit
for two or three months, do not eat after 7 p.m, if you have salads
eat them with no dressing or sauce, only drink ice water, this means
NO crystal light or kool aid or anything, no processed foods, and
DON'T add extra sugar to the fruit. Actually if you freeze three
bags of grapes and eat those over a few days it's good because there's
water and fruit, and bottom line just fruit.
