Low-Carb Alfredo Sauce


LOW-CARB ALFREDO SAUCE

Low GI Alfredo Sauce, Low Carb Alfredo Sauce, Low-carb Alfredo Sauce, Alfredo Sauce

Low-Carb Alfredo Sauce Ingredients:

2 Tbs margarine
1 tsp fresh nutmeg
1 small onion, sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups cream
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbs Parmesan cheese

Low-Carb Alfredo Sauce Method:

Heat the margarine in frying pan over medium heat. Saute the sliced onions until tender. Stir in the cream and leave it on the heat till it is boiling then stir in remaining ingredients.

Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for another 30 minutes, Stirring often.

This recipe makes about 3 1/2 cups of alfredo sauce. Add your Low Carb Alfredo Sauce to any pasta dishes!
